Hamraaz is a 1967 tension spine chiller movie, created and coordinated by B. R. Chopra and composed by Akhtar-Ul-Iman. It stars Raaj Kumar, Sunil Dutt, Vimi, Mumtaz in lead jobs, with Balraj Sahni, Madan Puri, Jeevan, Iftekhar, Sarika in other significant jobs. The film's music is by Ravi, while the verses were written by Sahir Ludhianvi. The film won the Public Film Grant for Best Element Film in Hindi
Storyline
During a christmas celebration in Mumbai, Meena meets Mahender(Rajesh's companion) and Mahender begins coercing Meena that he has a few letters which she had kept in touch with Rajesh. He continues to call Meena to visit him in inn. Before long, Kumar sees that Meena doesn't go with him to the stage any more, and reasons herself on the guise of being sick. He finds hints that propose that she is meeting another person secretly. Dubious, Kumar comes up with the rationalization of going to Pune, and on second thought wears a facial hair growth and goes by the name of S.N. Sinha. He looks into a lodging, and composes his name in the inn register. That evening, he gets back to his home, to find the entryway open, and before he can examine anything, he hears a gunfire. Kumar runs into the room and tracks down Meena dead, shot in her chest.
Maddened, he chooses to call the police headquarters, yet understands that he will be ensnared in the homicide - his fingerprints are on the weapon, he is in mask, and he is close to the body. Kumar gets back to the inn all things considered, and smokes a great deal of cigarettes. The case is appointed to Monitor Ashok, and the following day, when Kumar "returns" to Bombay, Ashok sees that Kumar realizes which room the body is in, without being told by anybody.
The coconut dealer close to Kumar's home says that he saw a whiskery man in the space the evening of the homicide, and the proprietor of the lodging which Kumar had looked into calls the police, saying that a hairy man had looked into his inn. The cigarettes that Kumar had smoked are recuperated, and gave over to Ashok. At the point when he visits Kumar at his home the following day, Kumar offers him similar brand of cigarette, awakening his doubt. Before long, more pieces of information surface, pointing at Kumar as the executioner.
