Storyline
Kumar (Rajesh Khanna), however of Indian beginning, lives in Africa. He has repeating longs for a Railroad Station in India called "Viran Nagar". He chooses to find for him and goes to India alongside his companion, Rough (I.S Johar). They can find Viran Nagar rail line station, which is precisely as Kumar had longed for. At the point when they go to find a ride, local people avoid them as act like they have seen a phantom. They find brief facilities and set off on a mission to find the secret behind Kumar's fantasies. Then a young lady, Sapna (Babita), meets with Kumar, lets him know that she has been anticipating his return, and presently they can be together once more. Be that as it may, Kumar has never been to this spot, and winds up significantly more confounded. Then, at that point, another neighborhood resident named Bansi lets them know he had himself seen Kumar winding up dead and covered in the close by timberland. Kumar and Rough must now figure out who was killed, and why the locals accept that Kumar has gotten back from the grave.
Kumar figures out reality from a puzzling man (Kamal Kapoor) that the one who was killed was really Kumar's twin sibling Sunil. The executioner was Sapna's insidious uncle Sarkar Nath (D.K. Sapru) who was against Kumar and Sapna's affection and subsequently intended to kill Kumar. Kumar was gone after by Sarkar's cohorts and blacked out. Simultaneously, Sunil and his companion showed up in Viran Nagar and tracked down Kumar oblivious. Sunil went to track down help yet was confused with Kumar and killed and covered in the timberland. Because of his head injury from the assault of Sarkar's men, Kumar had lost his memory. In this manner he started to have the repetitive dreams when he got back to Africa.
In the end Kumar distinguishes the reprobates, battles and losses them. Kumar and Sapna live joyfully ever later.
