Sulochana
Latkar
Sulochana Latkar (conceived 30 July 1928) realized by her screen name Sulochana, is a notable entertainer of Marathi and Hindi film and has acted in 50 movies in Marathi and around 250 movies in Hindi. She is generally known for her exhibitions in Marathi movies like Sasurvas (1946), Vahinichya Bangdya (1953), Meeth Bhakar, Sangtye Aika (1959) and Dhakti Jau in the number one spot jobs, as well with respect to the mother jobs she played in Hindi film right from 1959 film Dil Dekhe Dekho to the year 1995. She and Nirupa Roy embodied the "mother" jobs right from 1959 until the mid 1990s.
Vocation
Sulochana Latkar made her presentation in films in 1946. She was lead entertainer in Marathi films from 1946 to 1961 with films like Sasurvas (1946), Vahinichya Bangdya (1953), Meeth Bhakar, Sangtye Aika(1959), Laxmi Ali Ghara, Moti Manor, Jivacha Sakha, Pativrata, Sukhache Sobti, Bhaubheej, Akashganga and Dhakti Jau. She was much of the time matched inverse Nazir Hussain, Trilok Kapoor and Ashok Kumar all through her profession in Hindi movies. She cited in a meeting that she adored playing mother to three entertainers - Sunil Dutt, Dev Anand and Rajesh Khanna. She frequently played mother or as direct relation in Hindi movies with Sunil Dutt as the main man, for example, in Heera, Jhoola, Ek Phool Burn Kante, Sujatha, Mehrbaan (1967), Chirag, Bhai Bahen (1969), Reshma Aur Shera, Umar Qaid, Muqabla, Jaani Dushman and Badle Ki Aag. She was a customary in films with Dev Anand in the number one spot jobs, where either Dev Anand was her child or relative and a portion of their movies together were Poke Pyar Kisise Hota Hai, Pyar Mohabbat, Duniya (1968), Jhonny Mera Naam, Amir Garib, Warrant and Joshila. In 2003, she was granted the Chitrabhushan Grant established by the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Chitrapat Mahamandal, on the event of the birth commemoration of Baburao Painter, one of the pioneers behind the advanced Marathi film.
