Storyline
A well off and free industrialist, Jai Kishan becomes friends with a young fellow from a working class foundation by the name of Munish Mehra (Dharmendra), helps him monetarily to travel to another country and get vital capabilities as a specialist, and afterward recruits him on one of his development projects. Meena Khanna (Saira Banu) is the little girl of an administration official. Munish and Meena meet and become hopelessly enamored with one another. Jai additionally gets drawn in towards Meena. Not long after this, Jai figures out that Munish is enamored with Meena, and gets maddened. He along these lines fires Munish, and guarantees that he won't go anyplace else. After a few vain endeavors to get work, Munish gets recruited by the public authority, and is relegated to explore the breakdown of a rail route span. Munish figures out that Jai was straightforwardly answerable for this incident as he utilized unsatisfactory materials.
